Interesting support call
I'v been having freezing and error code 3 issues with Sling TV on my hard-wired Windows 7 laptop (8GB of RAM, i7 processor) so I called support last week. They asked me to uninstall and reinstall the application. This did not help, so I spoke with them again within the last 24 hours. Support told me The Windows 7 OS is no longer supported. The only supported Windows OS now is 8. I was told to upgrade to Window 8, or use one of the other supported devices to watch Sling TV.

I did watch Mad Men last night on the IPad with no problems at all, but I don't know if I will continue my subscription with Sling TV, and if I do, how I will go about it.
I already have a smart TV (Vizio) that does not have a Sling app. I use Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon apps on this TV. I also have the laptop for ESPN and other downloaded media viewing on my TV (connected with HDMI.) I really don't want to add another device, despite the promotion for Roku and Amazon Fire Stick.
